The first (and very important) step is completing our Onboarding Form on this page. This allows us to do an AWESOME job for you out-of-the-gate.
Important Note: You must complete the Onboarding Form in one sitting. Please allow 25-60 mins to complete.
Don’t get too hung up or overthink this part! If there is any information boxes you’d like more time on, you can send that to us separately via email when you have that ready.
Additionally, when we send your first draft of the website, we can do ANY editing/additions you’d like to see before we launch, and will always be here to support you after launching as well. We have found that visually seeing the first draft prompts a lot of inspiration and gaps we can fill.
Overall, collecting as much as possible on the front-end helps us deliver a “best as possible” first website draft, social media content, etc. From there we work together to modify/edit until you’re 100% satisfied!

Required Info:
Before filling out the Onboarding Form, please be sure to have the following information ready.
- Business Legal Info: name, structure, EIN, and ownership contact info
- Business Branding Info: name, structure, and where leads go
- License Numbers (If Applicable)
- Your list of primary services (This list can be modified later as well!)
- A list of cities/towns you serve
- Slogan
- About/Bio paragraph (This is a common “will send later” item 😀)
- Logo (if you are still working on the logo, no problem! Check the box that says “will send later”)
- Domain Name / Website Address (If you have one – if not, no worries! We will help figure out the best one and secure for you.)
Not Required, but Helpful Info:
Here are some other items we highly recommend you have as well, although they are not necessary:
- Any applicable licensing numbers
- Differentiators (unique business traits that set you apart from your competition)
- Links to online profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, etc.)
- Associations & Memberships (Ex: a member of chamber of commerce or Builders Association)
