  2. Press on “Messages” in the left-hand side menu
  3. Press on “Turn on messaging”

  1. Open the GMB app on your Android or Apple
  2. Press on “Customers”
  3. On the pop-up box press “Turn on messaging”

  1. Open the Google Maps app
  2. Press on “Updates” on the bottom
  3. Next press on the “Messages” Button
  4. Choose the “Business” section
  5. Press on “Settings”
  6. Then “Turn on messaging”
