- Sign in to your Google My Business Account
- Press on “Messages” in the left-hand side menu
- Press on “Turn on messaging”
Turn On Google My Business Messaging – GMB App #
- Open the GMB app on your Android or Apple
- Press on “Customers”
- On the pop-up box press “Turn on messaging”
Turn On Google My Business Messaging – Google Maps App #
- Open the Google Maps app
- Press on “Updates” on the bottom
- Next press on the “Messages” Button
- Choose the “Business” section
- Press on “Settings”
- Then “Turn on messaging”
